Who are we?

D-REM offers properties management and maintenance services in Israel with a European approach, relying on its in-depth knowledge of the Israeli and European legal systems as it pertains to real estate.

D-REM takes care of all daily problems and headaches that might arise with tenants in your property. Property is empty? We will take care of everything pertaining to the property while you are not here. Coming to Israel? There's nothing like coming to a warm home with a refrigerator full of food. Looking for investment property in Israel?! We can help you find fair, top quality brokerage services. D-REM offers you legal services related to the property, as well as the services of an architect, interior design, bank oversight, assessors, engineers, accountants and bookkeepers while providing generous, committed European service. Services

Due to our affinity to Europe and familiarity with the real estate market in Israel, including Israeli and European laws in the sector, the majority of our clients are Europeans or Israelis who have at least one property in Israel, or who are interested in acquiring investment property.

With D-REM, our clients enjoy a local Israel company that is familiar with the real estate sector in Israel but equally as important familiar with European law and the legal barriers and daily headaches involved in properties management and maintenance in Israel. The Company owners are experienced Belgian-born lawyers who provide service to major European clients in Israel, and who travel frequently to Europe to personally meet with these clients. Working with D-REM is personal, and the Company provides European-style service in Israel.
